Each year our donors and supporters make a real difference through fundraising events.
With the help of our community partners, events in support of Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation are a fun way to give back and raise much-needed funds for vital life-saving equipment.
There are many ways you can get involved, from becoming a sponsor, purchasing a ticket, making a donation or volunteering your time.
The biggest investment is the time that family and friends put in during the day, says Keith Gourley about Gourley’s Outdoors and Bluewave Energy Annual BBQ & Bake Sale, which has donated proceeds to the RVH Foundation since 2010. Backyard Gourmet is also coming on board this year.
Gourley says RVH is the charity of choice “mainly because we are all really fortunate to have such a great hospital in our community… We are just happy we can contribute to the cause.”
“Everyone loves a good party—especially a party with a cause,” says Sarah Robinson, Foundation Executive Director. “Whether it is a walk, bake sale or golf tournament, our donors can feel good knowing they are helping their local hospital provide the very best care to patients, close to home.”

September–November: United Way & GCWCC Annual Workplace Campaigns – designate your donation directly to RVH Foundation under “Other Registered Charities”
Sunday, September 30, 12:00 pm: Put Your Breast Foot Forward – join this family-friendly 5 km walk/run starting at St. Joseph’s High School
Saturday, November 3, 8:00 am–2:00 pm: Gourley’s Outdoors, Bluewave Energy & Backyard Gourmet’s Annual BBQ & Bake Sale – a delicious fundraiser featuring the best BBQ and baked goods in the valley
Friday, November 30, 5:30 pm: Tree of Lights – kick-off the holiday season with us at Low Square Friday,
January 18: Inside the Masters Draw – a limited number of raffle tickets are being sold for an exclusive trip to the 2019 final rounds of the Masters in Augusta! Tickets make a great birthday, wedding or anniversary gift.
