Kim Sterling

Chair

Kim joined the RVH Foundation Board in 2018 and assumed the role of Chair in 2024. She is excited to be working with the exceptional team of dedicated staff and volunteers, all of whom are committed to facilitating excellent medical care close to home in Renfrew and its surrounding communities.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree at Carleton University, Kim lived and worked near Ottawa for several years before returning home to the Ottawa Valley with her husband, Mike and their three children. Together, they owned and operated Sterling’s, Your Independent Grocer and Sterling’s No Frills in Renfrew for 22 years before retiring to Griffith in 2020. Through her business, Kim has been proud to support Renfrew Victoria Hospital through many fundraising initiatives over the years.

Kim is happiest when her family is together, especially in the summer when her children and her extended family are home to spend holidays in Griffith along the Madawaska River. She is especially excited to be a Grandma to a beautiful baby girl.

Kathryn Enright

Director

Kathryn is a mother of five young children and an intermediate teacher at the Renfrew County Catholic School Board.

She has a strong passion for fundraising and has organized numerous events to support the Childhood Cancer Awareness platform.

As a former employee of the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation, Kathryn brings a unique understanding of the organization’s inner workings to the RVH Foundation Board. She is honored to be part of RVH Foundation.

Lorna Finner

Director

Lorna Finner has been a dedicated hospital volunteer for many years, having been involved with the Renfrew Victoria Hospital (RVH) since the early 2000s.

Her journey with RVH began with a successful fundraising campaign, which paved the way for her continued commitment to the hospital.

Over the years, Lorna has contributed to various programs, including the Look Good Feel Better Women’s Cancer Patient Program and the Ambassadors’ Program.

Her dedication and passion for helping others led her to serve as a Director on the RVH Foundation Board.

Greg MacKenzie

Director

Born and raised in Renfrew, Greg and his wife, Tracey, have raised their two sons.

Greg has been a business owner, supporting the community in many ways, for years. He looks forward to serving on the board to give back to the hospital and work with the team of volunteers to help support the foundation in achieving its mission.

When Greg is not at Mack Mackenzie Motors, he can be found traveling with Tracey or working hard in his maple bush.

Chad Murray

Director

Chad Murray is a local resident and the owner of Canadian Tire in Renfrew.

He brings a wealth of experience in management and finance. Chad graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Known for his willingness to embrace new challenges, Chad managed a diverse portfolio for an electricity power generator and wholesale marketing company. His responsibilities included managing commercial operations, supply chain, transmission operations, land services, energy services, and financial settlements.

In January 2018, Chad and his family embarked on a business ownership venture, which ultimately brought them to Renfrew in 2022. Chad is an avid supporter of many local events and charities.

Mitch Reinhart

Director

Mitch is a dedicated community member and a current board member of the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation.

With an extensive background in team building and business management as a national multi-franchise operator with Domino’s Pizza Canada, Mitch brings valuable people skills and a fresh perspective to the healthcare sector.

Although new to the healthcare field, Mitch’s commitment to giving back to her community drives her passion for long-term sustainable care. She is a sitting member of the Domino’s Pizza National Advisory Council, where she demonstrates leadership and strategic thinking.

Mitch is guided by a long-term vision for sustainable care and values the importance of effective governance. In her personal life, she cherishes family time and believes in the power of community engagement.

Robert Tripp

Director

Rob is a resident of Calabogie who brings extensive experience in health care policy, governance, and senior management to the RVH Board, as well as active participation on Boards at local, national and international levels.

Among his Board endeavours are terms with the World Health Organization – working groups, Ottawa Community Housing, and Leadership Ottawa. He has served in leadership roles and in collaborative settings.

He received a Diploma in Law and Security from Algonquin College, a BA from Carleton University, and completed a Certificate in Business Management as well as Governance Leadership in the Non-Government Sector from the University of Ottawa.

His recent work experience includes Senior Advisor, World Health Organization, Policy Analyst, Health Canada, and Executive Director, New Beginnings for Youth.
